How do I know if I have global dining access on Resy? ›

Once an eligible Amex card is linked to your Resy account, you'll see your Global Dining Access benefits in Resy. (Cardmembers can also call the Amex concierge to get this set up.)

Global Dining Access provides eligible American Express Card Members with special access to some of the most sought-after restaurants across the globe. Exclusive reservations, premium dining experiences, Priority Notify, and more, all from the Resy app and Resy.com.

Eligible Resy purchases include purchases at U.S. restaurants that offer reservations on Resy.com and the Resy app, and purchases made directly on Resy.com or in the Resy app.

The Amex Platinum Card is only worth the annual fee if you'll use enough benefits to recoup the fee. You could easily offset the fee with the statement credits alone, but this card also offers the chance to earn boosted rewards on travel purchases, too.

As of 2023, approximately 16,000 restaurants globally can be booked through Resy. Resy was acquired by American Express in 2019.

$100 Resy Credit

After you pay with the Gold Card to dine at U.S. Resy restaurants oe make other eligible Resy purchases, you can get up to $100 back annually. Enrollment required through your Card account. Plus, create a Resy account to discover and book new restaurants to love.

VIP names are limited to four characters so they fit within the red circle which indicates VIP. All VIP tags are channels. If you edit the channel of a reservation, only the guests in that channel will have access to that reservation.

How to View Reservation on Booked List. 1) Look at the 'Booked list' on the left-hand side of your screen. Reservations can be sorted by time, party size, name, table number, status, and date created. You can search for reservations by using the search bar above.

Resy ratings are a closed- loop system, meaning only restaurants can see the review and individual star rating. After each visit, guests receive an email from Resy asking them to rate their experience on a 5-star scale.

Amex Platinum Concierge service can assist cardholders with gift recommendations, dinner reservations, travel arrangements, flower delivery, purchasing tickets to concerts or sporting events, and many other tasks.
